Since it's the 2nd to last day of the 100 Glute Challenge, I want you guys to go HARD on this brand new move! You guys may recognize my friend Lauren from "So You Think You Can Dance" and she's here to bring her dancing gracefulness to today's move – the kneeling attitude lift!
