Bloat Buster Blitz: 10-Minute Low Impact Cardio to Banish Belly Bloating

Bloat. We’ve all been there. Wanna know the secret to reducing bloat? The best way to get rid of all that uncomfortable gas is to drink lots of water and get your body moving!

Today, we’re gonna do a 10 minute cardio routine that has NO jumping, so it will be super easy on the stomach! We’ll do each move for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. Ready? Let’s go.

    I was literally just pondering when your next video would be so yay!!! I have crohn’s disease so bloating is a big issue and gentle stuff like this helps. Videos that are about gentle motion and maybe easy-on-the-gut ab workouts would be so amazing!! Also could you please do a workout with a self defense guest? Maybe tae bo?
