Today, we’re gonna do a 10 minute cardio routine that has NO jumping, so it will be super easy on the stomach! We’ll do each move for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. Ready? Let’s go.

This workout im gna save down cuz same here i got bulging belly!! Since I started eating whole foods and cutting out allergens (for me its nuts and wheat) im now a lot better!

I was literally just pondering when your next video would be so yay!!! I have crohn’s disease so bloating is a big issue and gentle stuff like this helps.
