You guys, isn't the holiday season the best time of the year? There are so many fun things about the holidays…the songs, the decorations, the movies, the presents, the cookies and ALL THE FOOD.
I put together this awesome cardio routine for you using my most favorite Christmas songs to help us all get in the Christmas spirit! You're going to be doing squats, you're going to be doing lunges, you're going be doing butt-ups…but you won't even notice you're working out because you will be having so much fun. So grab a friend or family member and let's get started!!
