    This was actually hard for me cause my shoulders are not that strong, but i rate this with a 7 🤔 Also i had to take a break at 50 on each side but i did it!!! 🍑 we got this girls!!!

    This is so painful! My legs are so sore from working out yesterday too! It was my leg day yesterday so doing this was super duper intense! But it’s DAY 23! I’ve been following this from Day 1 and it’s been one HECK OF A RIDE!
