You guys, I have been obsessed with Megan Nicole's music for SO LONG and I can't believe we're actually doing day 28 of the 100 Glute Challenge together!! Today's move is the double hammy curl which means… we're only doing 100 of them! Remember to keep your knees off the floor the entire time, if you can!!
