Today, for the first time in the 100 Glute Challenge, we'll be doing… *drumroll*… SQUATS! For Day 25 we're taking them to the next level and adding a leg lift, but don't worry – this time we are only doing 100 total! Shout out to my friend Natalie (aka Natalie's Outlet) for joining us!!

    Did a warm up, this workout, followed with 100 calf raises. Tried to walk down the steps to get breakfast. Currently writing this from the 4th step because my legs are wobbling. 😂😂
