Idk what I am more excited about: that it's Day 19 of the 100 Glute Challenge or that Rosanna Pansino is here!! Or maybe it's that Ro brought her new puppy, Blueberry Muffin?? Anyway today's gonna be a good one!!

We're doing 100 grasshoppers – not each leg, but 100 in total! Come on you guys, keep pushing, we're almost there!!
