Day 18: Circle Butt! | 100 Glute Challenge w/ Guy Tang

I am SO excited to have my good friend, hair guru Guy Tang here for Day 18 of the 100 Glute Challenge. You guys might not know this but Guy and I have been friends for 7 years! I literally found him on Pinterest and asked him to do my hair. The rest is history!!!

Today's glute move is Circle Butt and yup, that means 100 on each side! Remember to point your toes and circle inward for the first 50, then outward. Let's go!

    Yay, I’m early! Honestly, seeing so many different fitness levels here in this challenge is so motivating for me. Like if Guy hadn’t struggled so much, I would have probably taken a break at some point. So thx Guy for motivating me to keep going till the end. ❀

Omg ❀️ also Guy is my favorite guest so far I didn’t have an answer when Cassey asked yesterday now I do. ☺️ An actual twerk-a-lates with hair whipping vid would be so fun lol but HAVE to have Guy on that one.     For anyone that’s scared because of the 12 minutes: It starts at 3:10 and ends at 8:20, so it’s only 5 minutes of torture!
