Also, I’m recording myself finishing this challenge with before and afters like I did for the 28 day summer sculpt and 100 ab challenge. How are y’all tracking progress? I think I’m feeling stronger but it’s hard to tell because these workouts are all harder than I expect

My arms always hurt more than my butt in videos like these lol. We need the 100 arms challenge so then we can get stronger and then it’s easier to do workouts like these
Sydbug Nano it’s not just about having stronger arms but also putting all your strong in your legs and butt, don’t put your body weight in your arms, when you lift your leg squeeze your butt so your arms don’t hurt✨

@Raquel Fernandez very true! & I try to pay attention where body weight is, maybe shift weight back more onto legs too. I also try to not let my upper back slouch towards floor. Press up so level across shoulder to shoulder, & shoulder blades in & down a bit. Hope that makes sense….
When I was on my last 25 my 3 yr old decided I was her jungle gym lol 😂😂

Maddie is one of your most fun and best guests so in this challenge so far! She was so great at engaging in an interesting conversation to keep us distracted from the pain! Love it!!

Im on my period and this doesnt help 😭
It wants something cold on your stomach or back for a while and exercise for relax and not against the hurting muscles it makes it always worse. When I do not exercise for a long time my period is much more worse and I can not nearly do anything but after a month of exercising it is much more better. You can do it you are not alone in this. 🙃
I’m not sore like I was a couple days ago. I notice my butt is already looking better after 17 days!! I am excited and yes my hamstrings were burning during this one. Lol!
Is it just me or was this waaay harder than it seems?! I’m sweatting and I also had to have like 3-4 breaks/leg 🙁 I did it tho and I can feel them buuuuurning <3
