Second, is to do regular full body workouts, which include both cardio and strength training, at least 3 — 4 times weekly.

And the third step is to do workouts, which train your Transverse Abdominis or your T Abs. This muscle is the deepest of all the abdominal muscles, and it holds everything in. So working on your T abs will not only contribute to a flat tummy, but is vital in preventing low back pain by stabilizing your spine and pelvis.
This is what the workout aims to do. Only 5:30 minutes long and I want you to do this workout 2 -3 times weekly for best result. It's going to be fun and sore! =)

I’ve been doing this for about two months and my belly is almost flat! In the beggining I didn’t have a huge stomach but I had a little bit stomach. So, I’m trying to say: don’t quit! This is an excellent workout (and I tried a loooot of them) 😀
The hardest things to lose belly pooch for me is not the workout, but the diet.
I am also the same. I love sweats but need to just eat them sparingly like I used to!

@Lilly Schott Rome wasn’t build in a day. You wont be able to do all the excercises the proper way right from the start like the girl in the vid who’s been doing this for years lol.
It’s gonna take a while. Just keep doing it and you will get better at it. Just don’t expect to be an expert in a few days. It’s gonna take weeks, maybe even months. But it’s worh it in the end.

This workout routine does not burn belly fat, it builds your abdominal muscles , for belly fat loss try cardio , mainly jogging and cutting out sugar, try eating a healthy diet . I also recommend drinking a cup of Lipton green before going to bed , hot , warm or even iced. Hot has greater results though.Yes it may make you get up in the middle of the night to go pee lol but it really works. I lost 20lbs by doing this for a month .
Oh man if I can loose another 20 pounds I’ll be at 150lbs which is my goal weight. I gotta drink more green tea
I bruised my legs and fell over at the hip twists,
banged my head against the wall at the full extensions,
scratched my foot and making it bleed at the elevated leg lifts,
and I heard something crack in my back at the flutter kicks

@Breanna Dobitas About a week. It was’t significant, but little by little you start to see yourself slimming down and your body strengthening. So that’s a plus!

What you could do instead is grab a pillow and as you’re extended out (legs and arms straight) pull up to a crunch, limbs still extended, and pass a pillow from your hands to your legs. Grab the pillow between you feet and extend again making sure you don’t drop the pillow. When you come back up to the crunch, pass the pillow back to your hands. Continue for the duration.

This is because she’s been doing workouts for a really long time. trust me, when I started doing this, i could barley breathe while doing hip twists, but now, i sweat less and can breathe easier after 3 days of doing this twice a day.
