  • JL Robinson says:

Oval shape…do you have specific workout videos for this type?

  • hajimemashte says:

I’m a A frame, always had such thick thighs and things as you explained, trying to loose the fats these days, its so hard 🙁 but when you see a slighty bit result, its so motivating and pushes me harder to work out more, your videos are always so helpful, thanks a lot Joanna! XX

  • Jonny ChopSoey says:

It is funny how my body changed. I was first the Oval-Frame (100 kg), then I lost 15kg and I got the H-Frame. Then I lost 10kg more and I got the 8 frame and now I weight 65kg and I lost my butt (sadly) and got the V-Frame.

  • Melanie Flink says:

I used to think I was ruler shaped. I didn;t gain any weight and could eat whatever I wanted. Now I’m out of my puberty and I;m gaining weight. Not that I’m fat, I’m average, but I feel really weird, since I’m used to being really skinny. Got them boobs now though :p

  • sony says:

    hi..
can you tell us about male body shapes…
    thank you..

  • Priscila Esteva says:

All body types are beautiful <3 but if you do wish to loose weight then i wish you luck on your journey and i ask that God blesses you with health! Much love to everyone!

  • Jess Moore says:

I’m the oval frame and find it really hard to lose weight as I’m only 4’11 xx

  • Robin Wright says:

Sadly, I’m an oval frame as well, but I’ve been doing a low carb keto diet that has been working wonders for me as far as my food goes.

It seems like most women with the oval frame have the hardest time losing weight. I was one of them as well. It didn’t help when I became insulin resistant, and had PCOS as well. :< But with the keto diet, these work outs and cardio, I've lost 50 lbs since January already! I've subscribed to your videos, I love them. I really appreciate your videos!
