Push-ups work the chest muscle, not arms. (Strong pecs means better/easier push-ups)

+lola sparks I think it’s only really an issue when you’re big, with arm fat. If slim and fit, you’d just look more like the most highly admired catwalk models, with a more triangular frame. I like to balance it out by highlighting my hip area more.

You have to make your hips wider to make your shoulders look smaller
Try ballerina work outs like slim arms and slim back because my shoulder are also big

i dont actually have body fat, i have these disgusting pockets under my arms from a fat childhood. will this make me lose weight coz im actually a bit too skinny, i just need the armpits bags gone.

But what about people like myself who are already very slim but still have a bit of fat around the armpit? i don’t want to lose weight anywhere else I’m already too skinny
just do the armpit exrrcises
If anything if you up the difficulty and reps, yes you’ll loose fat but you’ll start developing some muscle mass
Sounds like you are just looking to increase muscle mass in the area. Just exercise the muscles to build them

easiest way to do this.. pull ups and push ups.. period…. i struggled w/ the arm fat for years.. now have none ..

@Naveela Khan it makes the chest muscles bigger, which would give the ilusion of bigger and more toned breasts. However since breasts are mostly fat, if u lose the fat while working out then they’ll become smaller. So, they won’t change much if u work out

Well your weak…
its pretty easy, just start low and slow, or on your knees, and as you work out you can slowley fix your posture until your doing a full on pushup
