    I just want to thank Joanna. I used to exercise a lot because I was in a volleyball state team here in my country, so although I was never chubby, I “let myself go” and gained some cellulite because of it. But now I’ve been doing this exercises for the past 3 weeks, 4 days a week and the cellulite is almost gone. It was challenging but exhilarating and now I can see the results. Thank you Joanna, your videos are great.

    I’ve done this exercise for a week now and coming from a black girl, this does not make your thighs muscular at all. my thighs are getting slimmer and honestly i haven’t even changed my diet much, that’s the next thing i’m gonna incorporate so i’ll keep you guys posted.

    This workout was a real wake up call for how unfit I truly am, did the workout and then next day my butt and thighs were killing me, it was painful to walk and sit. However, I will prevail and continue maybe doing less reps at first till I build up as I am really motivated to slim my thighs!

    I’m slim but unfortunately have cellulite. I’ve been doing these workouts every other day for about 3 weeks now and I can definitely see the results!! I also use anti cellulite gel-cream every day and try to eat more healthy. The first week is a nightmare as my whole body is in pain so make sure to do stretch exercises before the work out and drink lots of water.

    OMG! I tried this out last week and the next day, my thigh muscles were so painful. That I had difficulty in going up and down the stairs. And even to sit on a chair. But I will continue this workout! NO PAIN, NO GAIN! Thanks Joanna for sharing this video. All the best to you! 🙂

    I’ve been doing this workout for three months now (5-6 days per week, for once every time) and I have to admit that is very effective.. I’ve lost 8 kg and my cellulite has reduced a lot.. My thighs’ diameter is slimmer for 5 cm.. I totally recommend it 🙂 sorry for any English mistakes, I’m not a native speaker 🙂
