Day 20 means we are ALMOST done with our third week of the 100 Glute Challenge and I'm glad you guys are still with me!

Since I had Rosanna Pansino on yesterday, I thought it made sense to put her boyfriend, Mike Lamond and his trainer Dustin Glass through it too!! I'm gonna make them put on their imaginary high heels for number 4 high heel bridge. Ready?? Go!!!

    Wow, there was a huge differece in the balance for me from one side to the other, when I was lifting with my left leg I was soooo unbalanced!
