I’ve seen people doing this lately and it looks like a great idea 🙂 For every like I get, I won’t eat junk food (white flour, high sugar, greasy, fried, etc.) for a day!!

i do this 3 days straight but today i didn’t. it’s the only work out that really works and shows the result for me. i notice my lower belly fat no longer clearly appears when i’m sitting.

I had that problem too and then I moved my hands closer to my feet when they were under me during leg lifts, and I really concentrated on squeezing my lower back into the floor and that helped.

Hey y’all! So I’ve always been searching for good videos that really work quick, and honestly, for my body, this video is GOLDEN! I found it a couple months ago and I do it every once in a while when I’m not feeling myself or when I have a special event that includes a skintight dress. It really helps tighten not just your lower belly, by your whole abs, and idk why, but after that quick workout you SEE the difference. Thats the reason why I’ve stuck with this video because I actually see progress fast!!! Sorry if this is really long, but I feel like no one ever actually talks about their progress and if it works or not. If I were you, I’d DEFINITELY give it a try even though it’s a little harder that other workouts. Hey it’s only 5 min so why not?😂😂💕

@Goddiss Love how do I work on my leg flexibility? When I do any exercise my legs are never straight like them. First I thought my legs have some issue after reading the comments I feel little better. I am not the only one who’s legs are not straight.
@Tahrin Choudhury I’m trying a stretching routine from psychetruth. doing it maybe since 2 weeks, but not regular. I still can straighten my legs more then before! so maybe search for a flexibility routine for beginner or on a level which feels comfortable yet a bit challenging. Just relax your muscles and breathe and be patient 😀
