Marvelous Abs Assemble: Brie Larson’s Superhero Workout – Forge Abs of Steel (No Equipment Required)

OMG!!! I had the BEST time training my abs with @Brie Larson ! Yes…THE CAPTAIN MARVEL.
Here was the 10×10 ab workout I decided to challenge her with: 10 different ab exercises, ten repetitions in each exercise, and NO equipment at all!

Roll Ups
Double Leg Lifts
V-Ups
Star Abs
Single Leg Lift – Right
Single Leg Lift – Left
Corkscrew
Rollovers
Double Leg Lifts
Eagle Crunch

Yes it burned…but I put on my tough face to keep up with Captain Marvel. 🙂 I’m so excited for you guys to try this superhero ab workout with us! Are you ready? I know you can do it!
