I like that you make it seem so easy. The recipes are simple, but still good. I don’t like it when it’s too complicated with many ingredients and long cooking/prep time. Especially when you’re supposed to eat like 4-5 times a day.Â

after 10 minutes on the treadmill i gotta run and poop. i finish and get back on and another 15-20 min and poop again. why? not trying to be funny, just real life problems.

Toby Slave Well, I once heard that if you workout and don’t poop afterwards, it wasn’t a good workout… Something about kick starting metabolism. I’ll look it up and try and see if that’s accurate…
Toby Slave it happens to me too. After im done with ny workouts , i will start my running session, just about 1 1/2 set , i went to toilet for bowel open. I felt relieved after that, much more lighter. And then i continued my running again.
Bro, yr stomach do not like the powder and cold water when you mix, try warm water, i meant warm warm not just little warm, and you will be right.

Nothing wrong with working out on an empty stomach. I do it 6 days a week. It’s called IF and it increased weight loss and personally I have never felt better. Whatever works is what I say but all this empty stomach = no energy and 6 small meals stuff is not gospel
Ken W 2 years late but why I think fasting is better is because since you’re working out on an empty stomach you’re burning the body fat and not the energy you gained from eating, so you’ll be much more satisfied with the results of IF workouts

Good but I believe 1 fruit does no harm . Complete empty stomach , immediately after waking up means we will start feeling hungry mid workout
Personally I think this is a very bad idea. Thats great if it works out for you but for someone like me that does heavy workouts I need to eat something before I workout or else i start feeling nauseous and dizzy asf. TMI But Like 3 times already I puked at the gym because of the result of not eating but In general eating a healthy meal beforehand gives me more energy therefore pushing me in my workouts. So I suggest to eat!!
