Why is it so important to boost or increase your metabolism? Simply put it, the higher your metabolic rate is, the more calories you burn, hence the easier it is to lose weight and keep it off!

Someone with a sluggish slower metabolism will gain more fat from eating less food in comparison to a person with a fast, healthy metabolism. So what affects your metabolism? Genetics, age, weight, diet, exercise habits as well as lifestyle.

There are certain areas which we can’t control such as our genes and also age. Saying that however, there are also areas which we can control; our weight, diet, exercise routine and lifestyle.       Try walking. It’s easy and it really burns a lot over time πŸ™‚ I shoot for at minimum of 10k steps a day. Listning to pudcats makes it super chill.

      Do NOT EAT processed foods, never drink your calories, no more than 3-6 ounces of meat per day and 45-60 min of light cardiovascular excercise. Oh & ditch the scale. People are too obsessed with how much they weigh as opposed to how they look in the mirror.

      Weight loss is 80% diet. I had the same problem back in high school, where I would crush it at the gym every day but then eat like a dumpster. It made me gain a TON of weight. Try watching her diet videos.

    Thanks! Taking control my body after I screwed it. Lost 4kg over 4 months with exercise and trying to eat enough. Tough when u get busy and forgets to eat in the day! (probably will try out IF but I have a kiwi stomach with an ostrich outlook. Gonna be hard to eat what I needed to eat at a go- to save time. Haha)
