Inner Thigh Gap & Slim Waist Workout (Do This!)

Here's your most requested workout to target and tone up your inner thighs at the same time to work on your waist line to give you a slim and sexy waist. Do this workout on a regular basis, 3 sets per session, 3 sessions weekly, and incorporate cardio on the other days. Have a clean and healthy meal plan for best result. p/s Inner thigh gap is based on genetics and your bone structure – how wide your hip bones are apart. Not everyone can have inner thigh gap but we can tone our inner thighs up. Remember that we are all equally beautiful with or without inner thigh gap!

    why is everyone complaining…. she’s a fitness trainer and at the beginning she mentioned that inner thighs and slim waist was the most requested areas she had gotten…. if you think it’s promoting anorexia then don’t comment and go eat 10 burgers for all anyone cares. It’s for people who are struggling to lose fat in these areas. Learn what anorexia is and learn what weightloss is. Because they’re completely different and you obviously need to learn.

    Stop saying that this is causing anorexia! Anorexia is an eating disorder NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS VIDEO! It is just losing weight i between your thighs. She said ‘eat healthy’ not ‘don’t eat at all’.
    Common sense people! Every Time I look at comments saying ‘OMG THIS CAUSES ANOREXIA’ I Face palm literally 20 billion times. If you want to make a REAL statement about this, then go and research anorexia because you are just dumb enough to comment about when you don’t even know what it is. And anyway, she’s a fitness constructor, if this was dangerous and causing anorexia, she wouldn’t do it. But since she has done it, it proves that it’s safe.

    I do These every night before I get ready for bed because I go to take a bath and let my legs relax and i do this in the morning every day before I take a shower so it really works i went from a size 7 to a 5 in two weeks doing this

    But then again I was eating healthy and running and when it was time from pe class because I’m 14 I do as much as I can in fitness and it worked fast!!!

    What happens if your legs fall off in the middle of the exercise? Do you just glue them back on and continue or go to the emergency room?

    I did this for 3 months every other day. Excellent results. I’m on a strict, high carb, vegan diet. I now have a thigh gap. And it also helped me get rid of fat on my sides. I recommend this for everyone (:

    I did this 6 days a week for 3 weeks ( As a warm up, I ran (slowly, like a turtle…) for about 5 mins too though), and not only did I loose my cellulite but my thighs went from 58 cm (~23 inches) to 48 cm (~19 inches). My waist wasn’t that big so the difference wasn’t THAT big, but I did get leaner 😀 Defiantly recommend this for those who want to have a nice lean body 🙂

    This WORKSSS!! It not only toned my butt, but also made waist super small!! I did this during the summer and my freinds at school kept asking me how my waist got so SMALL!! IT WORKS!
