    I do find your videos very informative, but I’m finding it more and more difficult to motivate myself, which could be my age and hormones. I am small boned and petite but when I gain just a few pounds, it really shows on my small frame, and makes me look bigger than I am, it’s frustrating. It also takes longer to lose just those few pounds, not to mention I’ve a double chin but not even overweight. No wonder I’m feeling unmotivated🥺
