      How many calories are you eating everyday sis? And do you exercise as well?

      @life is beautiful I am doing exercises 1 times a day and eat only home-made meals, eat no outside food, eat more vegetables, eat only 3 times a day. If you are hungry eat fruits.drink at list 3 litters of water in a day.stay happy,stay motivated that’s all you need to do and actually I just eat less carbohydrates eat more vegetables moderately eat protein and control your portions. I am doing all this to lose my weight.
