Love !!! Joanna , please make no equipment chest toning workout to maintain full shape also without pushups. I find to do pushups so difficult! How should I improve it?
Honestly the best way is to keep practicing it. I started off not being able to do even one knee pushups, and started by doing wall push-ups. You gotta practise it every day, set yourself a goal of doing at least 10 pushups x3 sets daily. It can be on your knees to begin with. Then little by little, attempt ONE full push-up. That’s how we progress. =)

@Ananya Sharma hi anaya. I m no expert in this field but experience lower back pain .i believe yoga including stretching exercises n few asanas for lower back pain r very helpful .pushups n planks r awesome.i do feel relieved for a while after doing so. Hope this helps u too.All the best. ๐ค

@andie lynn it is all part of the process.. maybe time to revisit “why” did you start in the first place? Think about your fitness goal again ๐
You need to find healthy meals that you actually like so you will stick to a new healthy eating plan to lose weight and exercise for 30 minutes 4 times a week. If you just eat junk food, your body wont get the nutrients it needs so you will probably end up binging on more junk food. I reccomend eating lots of whole grains, starches, vegetables, fruits, smoothies, protein, etc and just find recipes that you like!

I love #7 longer workouts only lead to fatigue and if one can’t keep up with the training the weight will come back.

That is so true. I tried multiple workouts claiming Abs in 2 weeks, flat belly in 2 weeks. So on… but none worked within that short timeframe. So I changed my style of working out.
haha! Click baits unfortunately. If something is too good to be true, then it most liking isn’t. It comes down to you putting the effort in and making it work for yourself long term! ๐
Balance and moderation – that is why we get along even if you don’t know it ๐ ๐ I love you for that and I think we are similar.
