I drink two glasses of water on an empty stomach every morning, and three liters of water a day. From my personal experience I am saying that truly water is essential for the body.

You can’t really “boost” your immune system. But you can make sure to maintain it. Just eat a normal healthy diet and youre fine. Add some d vitamin if you get little sun. Dont listen to these clickbait yt vids advicers, just makes you feel bad about yourself. Go to doctor if you think youre low on vitamins and get proper advices.
