Thank you so much, Joanna. I’m 17 and started from zero in the beginning of this year at 92kg, i was so unhappy and depression and social phobia got the best of me. I ate so much bad stuff out of anger and frustration and i couldn’t stop, one day i thought to myself that i can’t go on this way, I felt like dying honestly. I kinda wanted to die but i had hope and trust in this world and myself, so I started my journey. Fast-forward I’m at 63kg now, i learned everything myself. A few months ago I found your channel and i really have to thank you. They helped me so so much, i love your workouts and trough your other videos i learned so much about nutrition and what’s best for my body. Also your videos made me really interested in nutrition and fitness so much that i’m thinking of becoming a nutrionist. I’m so much stronger and happier now, things that used to be hard for me are so easy now and you helped me a lot with that, thank you so so much. Much much love from me. 💙💫

I have a question for you. I know journals are personal and private usually. But I’m just curious what you might typically write in your journal called the 5 minute gratitude journal.
I subbed to your channel and I checked out your morning routine video. The journaling is the part that intrigued me the most. I already am working out, but I haven’t ever journaled before.

whenever i cut off sugar, my body literally thanks me, but , my emotions get worst! idk what is it about sugar that comforts me, its like my body and brain feel sharp, but suppressed emotions seem to pop up out of no where -_-
