I asked you guys what workouts you wanna do at home and a lot of you asked for weights. And because not everyone has dumbbells, I decided to get creative.

Why not wine bottles (or water bottles or soup cans etc)?! I tested this on TikTok and you guys LOVED it, so here it is: my first full length wine bottle arm workout!

Your biceps, triceps & shoulders are gonna be SHAKING once you're done with this! You've got 10 moves, one minute on, 10 seconds off (don't worry, there's a timer).

    I doubt you’ll ever see this, but I want to thank you for not just the workouts you’ve given to so many for free, but for the changes you’ve helped make to my mindset. I’ve always thought that I was “athletic” enough because I”m a varsity athlete, and I always used this as an excuse that I was fit enough. When I did one of your ab workouts one day, I really realized how weak I really was (LOL), and I began doing your other workouts as well. Seeing somebody who wasn’t necessarily the skinniest, thinnest influencer doing badass workouts and killing it, it really motivated me because the only fitness trainers I had seen up until then were extremely skinny, ripped, tan, and looked like bikini models. When you did your 90 day journey and lost that weight while gaining happiness and confidence, it seriously motivated me to start changing my lifestyle as well.
