Ummm how is the #2020challenge going by sooooo fast???!!?! It's already our last week!! This week, I want you guys to really focus on how this challenge is going to help you reach the rest of your 2020 goals.

Jan. 15th (starts 1:22) – 20 grasshoppers + 20 eagle crunches (butt + abs)
Jan. 16th (starts 5:15) – 20 3-2-1 prayer pulses + 20 reverse crunches (arms + abs)
Jan. 17th (starts 9:07) – 20 sideways scissors + 20 peekaboo crunches (legs + abs)
Jan. 18th (starts 12:25) – 20 up up down downs + 20 butterfly sit ups (arms + abs)
Jan. 19th (starts 16:56) – 20 corkscrews + 20 double tap wiggles (obliques + abs)
Jan. 20th (starts 22:02) – 20 squat claps + 20 sit ups (cardio + abs)

    My fav challenge from you so far is the 28 day summer sculpt because it was fo sho the hardest. I will always ask for more month challenges please!
    I know we’ve been asking for arms a lot, but how about 100 back challenge? I know it’d be kinda hard to come up with 30 different back exercises but you’re Cassie hehe
