12 Minutes to Toned Arms Workout

Welcome to the "12 Minutes to Toned" series!! I'll be releasing a brand new workout for you every week for the next 6 weeks focused on a different area of your body! Today, we are focusing on your upper body and arms, specifically your shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, back, and traps! I hope this workout helps you find the joy in your movement. I know you will be feeling a sore but so strong once you finish!

Your moves for this workout include: prayer pulses, tricep dips, robot arms, half cobra pushups, walnut crushers, up up down downs and milk jugs. Oh and don't forget to leave a comment if you like the new set!! I'm in love!

    Thank you for this series, when I saw how long each movement was, I didn’t think I could do it. But I was able to! You are right, we can push through and I can tell my arms are getting stronger! Perfect right after the 2020 challenge!!! 😊
