my soul wanted to leave my endomorph body. I swear, my knees are about to pop from compound movements especially with weights. It’s the best way for me to sweat

I’m a mesomorph. I see quick changes in me,in working out even for a few days. But I get back to where I was, within a few days after I stop the regimen.

because resistance training such as lifting heavy weight helps you to build muscle
to burn fat you need to mix it up with HIIT Cardio Workout
I’m an Endomorph. I have fat accumulated around my belly region and thighs. I have been working out and eating well and I lost 6 kgs. Now I’m 61 kg (160 cm height) but I’m not able to lose weight anymore. Also I tend to gain weight very fast. Can you please help Joannah? I really look up to your tips and workouts.
wow i was in the same boat as you! it tooke forever to get to 64kg from 68kg. after that i stopped caring about the scale numbers because if you’re eating well and working out, you’re also building muscle. there were months when i stayed 65kg, but my bodys hape cahged. so the scale number isn’t about how “overweight” you are. best thing is to go to a dietitian or some where they ahve those devices that can measure body fat. that’s the best indicator.

I’m the same. I’ve just realized how much I crave carbs. And being and emotional eater that’s what I gravitate to always. 😭

Right? I tried the keto diet once and I was constantly eating because I was struggling to keep my calories up to 1200 a day (I heard it’s dangerous to eat less than 1200 cals a day) :c I can’t give up carbs-
I already knew most of the informations there but still, it was very interesting

Endomorph here🙋🏾♀️! My goal is to be healthy inside and out with FLAT ABS and lean thighs. I work out too. I know be consistent and don’t give up. Hopefully, I am doing the correct exercises.🚶♀️🏋🏾♀️
Me too but I give up easily and I am inconsistent with my workout and binge eat a lot after coming from school 😟😟😟

My body type is mixed somewhat it’s mesomorph and somehow it’s endomorph….
I do follow diet and do workout daily
Someday i feel demotivated but i never give up and i think i will reach my goal soon

Dont even wanna look at the mirror… my insecurities are making me even more not motivated to workout….
best thing i learned is, being confident isn’t doing something you’re not scared of, it’s doing something despite being scared of it. you can still workout and have those insecurities. dont wait for motivation, go do it.
