You've seen the rest. The backlash, the plateaus, the emotions. My intention was always to be transparent with you every step of the way, and I'm finally ready to talk about it all. Hope this video helps you guys think a little differently and inspires you to reach your own goals!!

    • Kay Cepeda says:

I worked full time while in nursing school so I totally understand the struggle but exercise is a MUST for stress relief. I know it’s not easy, but make time to work out! Treat it like a priority! Use study cards while you’re on the treadmill or elliptical!

    • TheAngelinaSummer says:

Girl, SAME! I just recently started back doing yoga and cut out fast and fried food entirely. I’ve gained 15 lbs since I started the program 😭

  • Monique Monique says:

Anyone wanna lose weight but also wants a hamburger? 🙋‍♀️

    • Colleen R says:

Llllama Gggglama olive oil has too low of a smoke point, especially for cooking burgers. It oxidizes really quickly, so I’m not sure where we all got the idea that it’s so healthy. It does add nice flavor, but I don’t believe it’s actually all that heart healthy. Also, once you start preparing burgers/meat with butter, or just over a flame, oil will not cut it. I really don’t like oils anymore, and pretty much threw away most of them. Olive oil is nice for beauty treatments though!

    • Llllama Gggglama says:

Colleen R ok cooked I don’t know, but raw is surely one of the best condiments for your health! I wouldn’t eat any salad without the right amount of oil and vinegar 🤷🏼‍♀️ btw I am italian and here we produce the best olive oil so maybe that’s why my thoughts are set like this 😂 we do pretty everything with olive oil lol

    • Chelsea Turner says:

Just had one… it was worth it. Lol

    • Fleetfatfox12 :3 says:

I could really use a burger rn

  • Angelica Martínez says:

At the beginning I was concerned, because I couldn’t imagine having a weight goal and a dead line without doing anything, matter how unhealthy, to achieve it, but following your journey changed my mind and I thank you for it.

  • dlxe says:

I feel like on the internet, you can’t make everyone happy. Be you and that takes so much courage, ofc much easier said than done. Courage to you!!! ❤️

  • Aethetikos says:

I’m still shocked that ppl thought you were a fat pilates teacher.

  • AnnieTopaz says:

It’s so upsetting to hear people being rude to such a sweet and positive person!!! COME ON PEOPLE! Let’s be kind and support each other!

  • Cailin says:

I’m Camp “You Can Totally Be Body Positive and Still Want to Improve Yourself!” Wanting to feel healthier and stronger is IMO, a body positive action. ❤️

Can I just say how much I appreciate
    1. Her doing this out of love for herself
    2. She did this the healthy way
    3. She listened to her body
    4. She wasn’t super restrictive
    5. She allowed herself to fail
    ❤️❤️❤️

  • Reina 1 says:

“This journey was not for you, it was for MEEEEE” say it loud for the haters.

  • Hey its Helen says:

For all the people that say …
“Why is she a fitness person when she doesnt even have abs” well…
    Does this make sense
“Why is she a dentist when she doesnt have white teeth”
Like no it doesnt bc fitness doesnt mean abs thigh gap skinny, healthy it means be who you truly are and do the best healthy things for yourself. Cassey we love you an i cant imagine how hard it is when people that dont even know you assume you have an eating disorder or something.

  • aubrey says:

I deal with and have always dealt with thin shaming and fitness/health shaming. People are jealous and mad simple as that. You’re gorgeous no matter what that number on the scale says yes, but it isn’t wrong to lose weight or gain as long as you’re healthy. This is your body! Your temple. No one should ever comment on your journey or have to tell you they’re unsubbing bc they’re too unhappy with themselves.

No one should be commenting on each others’ sizes and bodies. Women need to lift each other up and love each other. Stop hating on beautiful thin women! It is thin shaming and no different than walking up to someone and being like hey u fatty why don’t you put the burger down and get to the gym.
Yes that’s the same as telling me or someone else that we need to eat more or that we are triggering people with how healthy we are I mean give me abreak.

I went thru taco bell to get some bean burritos (vegan) and the lady working there who KNOWS US and hadn’t seen me for a year and she was like your face looks so thin are you okay? You look too thin have you been eating? I’m concerned. 🙄🙄🙄 please I’m concerned about you bc you don’t gaf what you putting in your body and what it’s making you look like. You literally are what you eat! One ex friend also told me I looked good but needed to tone. She told me this when I was in withdrawal fro dangerous meds and I was under 100 bc I was so sick. Like why are women so hurtful to otherwomen? Stop. Y’all know better
