Here's a 30-Day Workout Plan to lose weight and sculpt your body!
This program has a combination of HIIT workouts and STRENGTH training to boost your metabolism, burn calories, lose weight and sculpt lean muscle mass effectively. All you need is ONLY 30 minutes a day to get the workouts done! And the best part is, you can do it at home in a small space with minimal equipment.
All my workouts are done in REAL TIME (no voice over instructions!). I’ll be guiding you through the entire class making sure that you are doing the exercises correctly and to keep you motivated, plus we’ll be having lots of fun. If at all you feel that the exercises are too tough, then feel free to choose the easier version, and slowly progress through the weeks.

Yeah. I guess diet is more important. By the way have u guys have tried chloe ting summer shred challenge. I had tried that and i did not lose a single weight nor gained strngth. Jsoh s videos have helped me lose weight.
I think we guys should form a group and hold each other accountable for this months challenge. What do u say ? ☺️

I haven’t worked out in weeks… but, Joanna said “I got you fam 😤”
Maybe if you’re kinda lazy and don’t want to spend too much time on working out you can do jump rope which is the most effective workout out there. If you like the idea you might want to check out jumprope dudes. (Just know that you don’t need an expensive rope like a crossrope. I’m personally doing 1000 jumps a day in less than 15 minutes and losing 0.5-1.5 kg a week!)
