Cassey Ho – Official Music Video

What? What??

What do you mean it doesn’t work?

Pilates is for girls? Huh, Listen up.

I be minding my own business, gettin fit with my Pilates
Then I hear the boys say “does that even work your body”
Does that even work your body? Like have you even tried?
Let’s put you in a teaser and see if you won’t cry
Aww it hurts? Thought you said this was easy?
Let me wipe away your tears, oops sorry it’s so breezy!
Oh you’re breathing so hard, you’re shaking, are you sore?
Tomorrow when you try to laugh, you’ll laugh at me no more.

  • CiderDivider says:

Oh, I thought this was going to be about inviting more people to pilates and push the stereotype that “pilates is for women”. I can completely see what this song is though, and it’s funny! And as a guy in this community, a lot more people might have their minds changed about the intensity of pilates if they try.

  • Alessia Taverna says:

  • Alone Zucc says:

I remembered when i was first trying to do that V-sit and shaking like earthquake. But now I’m improved with you 💪🏻

  • HeyMimsi says:

Weight lifting only builds muscular strength, which is great if you’re only going for a type of look, but muscular strength without muscular endurance (which is what pilates builds) is not very practical, plus pilates also helps flexibility which is something weight lifters tend to lack which can lead to serious injury for them down the line.

  • Heather Rossetti says:

Pilates was actually CREATED by a man. I heard a story where he invented it while he was a POW and wanted a way to keep his body and mind sharp while he had no access to equipment. That’s hard AF!

  • Serafina Kim says:

you and the boys: does that even work your body?
Cassey and the girls: *dOeS tHaT EvEn WoRk YoUr BoDy*

  • Poonam BMM says:

    🤣🤣… super duper awesome 👌

  • pink forever says:

    Men: Pilates is for girls!
    Joseph Pilates: Hold my reformer!

  • Richard ASMR says:

I am a man and I have been lifting weights for 10 years, and since 2013 Pilates is something I added it into my routine and I love it. Pilates is awesome and even if I cant get to the gym I do a mat workout and never miss a day of exercise. If I could restart my fitness journey I would have done Pilates my first year and then started lifting weights afterwards. By doing Pilates first for a year I would have built muscle, prepped my body for lifting weights and avoided some of the beginner mistakes I made in terms of lifting. I love Pilates!
