Burn Up To 300 Cals in 20 Mins! High Intensity Fat Burning Workout

Please READ this box for more info. This is a high intensity fat burning workout which aims to burn up to 300 calories in 20 minutes. Perform 8 exercises in 8 minutes without stopping then rest for a minute and repeat the whole circuit again. If you can, push yourself for the third circuit to.

This video will guide you from the beginning – 3 mins warm up, high intensity circuit training and finish off with quick stretches.

Each exercise is to be performed for 45 secs, rest for 15 secs then move straight on to the next exercise until you've completed the whole circuit.

1) Jump Squat
2) Push-ups
3) Burpees
4) Mountain Climber
5) Lunges
6) Plank & Push-ups
7) Dips
8) Crunches with Leg Extension

There are lots of jumping involve, so before you start this workout, check that you're physically fit.

      I hope you stuck with it! When I first started Joanna’s workouts plus Jillian Michaels stuff, the first couple days I had muscles aching in places I didn’t know could ache. I had to take breaks all throughout the workouts and was out of breath. Now I can keep up with Joanna and most of the time with Jillian (she’s pretty hardcore though). Still trying to shake the last five pounds of pudge around the middle but my arms are tight and toned, I can see definition in my abs I have never seen before, and I can bust out tons of squats when I used to struggle to do ten. It’s so worth it, just to take an hour out of your day to make yourself healthier. 😀

      @J Roo Thats Great! Do you count burnt calories too. Please suugest a good Heart Rate Monitor to count the calories
