Beautiful Body Pilates | Total Body Workout

Who's ready for a brand new workout video?! I know you guys have been waiting patiently, so I wanted to give you guys a beautiful 10 minute total body workout that you can do at home!

I love these moves because they're fluid, graceful, elegant and sexy – and they remind me of dancing! I feel so confident doing them, so I know you will too!

We're gonna start with a quick ab warm up to get all those core muscles working. This no-equipment workout targets the upper abs, lower abs, inner thighs, outer thighs, shoulders, and arms!
