You guys, there is something I need to get off of my chest…I am SICK of having my body define who I am. Those of you who have been with me the last ten years know that I have not always been a "skinny" fitness instructor. When I first started teaching online, I was the "inspiring" and "body positive" "fat" instructor. Now that I have achieved my own personal fitness goal, you know, practiced what I preached, I have somehow turned into a "fat shaming" and "irresponsible" "skinny" instructor…How does that even make sense?! I am literally the exact same person teaching the exact same things! I mean, my number one goal over the years has always been to help YOU reach YOUR goals. What kind of an example would I be setting if I didn't reach my own goals?? This culture of body shaming has to stop. We are all people just trying our best to feel good about ourselves. No matter my size, I am just the same Cassey who only wants the best for you.

    I honestly feel I used “body positivity” to justify my unhealthy decisions. Led to me gaining so much weight. Some people need to be held accountable & have a stricter lifestyle!

You’re the reason I got into fitness back in 2015, and ur the reason, I believe I kept coming back.     I’ll admit I hadn’t been tuning in for a while. I knew you were on your journey but I hadn’t been checking in to see how it was going. When I first saw ur after pics I was like whoa Cassey lost some weight. I never thought that you were too thin nor did I ever feel u were “fat”. I just thought that your looked more toned, tighter in places and lifted. There is nothing wrong with that. With healthy choices things change. Keep ur head up. Be strong.

    Broo they just insecure that they can’t have a transformation like yours! It’s legit then projecting their own insecurities. This is soo normal with everything in life. Don’t care too much about the mean comments focus on us the people that love you and that you help every day!
