@Evelyn Wong Can you give us a good modification for neck support on the butterfly push-throughs? I felt that holding my neck with one hand (alternating) took away the stretch.

You need to have a feeling of that you are lifting with your chest, rather than your neck; that you feel “a pull” from the top part of your abs. But remember that your neck inevitably will be working hard, considering the position it’s in. Don’t feel discouraged by this, it will get stronger.
@Mette H-V Thank you! I will be careful not to strain my neck but be conscious that some muscle will be used in it, considering the position. That eases my concern 🙂

Just in one day of doing this, once, I could feel my abs- seriously. They were hard and I felt like a lot of fat was gone. When I sat and wasn’t sitting up straight, there was no longer flabs. It felt amazing. I’m not even really sore so I can do it again today! I’m gonna do this for a while and then switch to other ab vids so I don’t become stagnant to this vid. Best an video, seriously. I LOVE YOU CASSEY
I read somewhere that you should give your abs a day to build up, so i think it’s better if you do this one day and the other work on your legs or something or just take a day off 🙂

It is a bad idea… you can eat junk food it is not a bad thing, you just need to learn to control it and eat junk food once or twice a week.
Don’t take away from you the things you love and enjoy to eat for this such long time, find your balance! it is the most important thing♥

I saw other people posting this and loved the idea! I don’t have a problem eating healthy foods but I do have a problem eating way too much crap food. I thought this would be a push in the right direction. 🙂

Don’t snack drink water
Snacks actually aren’t bad for you, as long as they’re healthy. Plus, a good idea would be to have a little junk food once in a while instead of going for a year without it and then suddenly eating a lot of it after.
