      @Dominic Fung Yeah it actually is , it’ actually pretty difficult for males and you can just cross your legs normally , you’ll probably get better at it once you’ll be more flexible ?

      Same. One day I’ll be able to correctly do eagle abs, but for now I do my own beginner version:

      I can’t keep my legs crossed, even with her simple version. I cross my feet at the ankles, keep my knees together, and still lift up my tailbone. It gets the abs real good. I can’t cross the arms like that either because my neck hurts. I support my neck with my hand behind my back and keep my elbows out. This beginner version is still killer.

    I stopped a few times because I did the 5 minute fat burner earlier and I did this straightaway after, regardless I’m so proud of myself for completing this workout!!! Jan 13th who’s with me? 😀

    Wow! I know it’s not Cassey’s fault but for the first time, I had to sit through 3 30 second ads while doing this workout! It was so frustrating! Usually it is one ad at the beginning, but come on YouTube this is ridiculous!

    I’m so upset that I had to stop so many times but my muscles just give out and I’m a trying so hard but it makes me incredibly angry at myself to stop like why:(

      Update: I still can’t do it all the way through but I am MUCH stronger than I was when I did it a few months ago. I’ve been following the workout calendar, trying my best to eat clean, and drinking plenty of water. I’ve never felt better in my life! Thank you Cassey for motivating me to take better care of my body and be confident and strong! <3
