Swap out your ice cream for a healthier option! I’m dairy-free ketogenic so I would get a coconut or almond milk ice cream that is a lot lower in carbs and sugar per serving. It still has sugar in the ingredients, but an occasional treat is *O K A Y!* Or you can make your own! Some are even as easy as putting milk and bananas in a blender and freezing it. 🙂

White rice is still haelthy and less calories than white rice.The west just really love to try to make our white rice look bad.I ate loads of white rice during my lost weight journey but in moderation and I lost great amonts of weight.
