This is my second time. I ended up skipping a lot of days the first time, so hopefully I can get all of the days and actually finish it!
As great as this is, it is NO WAY for beginners! If I did it all I would be in hospital and I’ve been doing pilates for a couple of years!

Ellen Pollard absolutely! I consider that my abs are pretty strong and even so…those 100 put my abs on fire!
I have no idea how she lifts her leg so high after the leg circles. I feel like I’m paralyzed after those.

Don’t worry, you’ll get there. Plus, it kinda feels good to stretch it out after the circles, dontcha think? 🙂 it’s only a question of practice and flexibility

ruarfa I ugh same it’s like I get into a steady exercise routine and just start slacking off and I have to start all the from the beginning bc I’m not as strong as I was 🤕😂

I’m on Day 5 of the Beginner’s 2.0 calendar and doing this the second time around was definitely easier and I didn’t flail around like a drowning cat during the roll-up. I improved from 0 roll-ups to like 3. Lol I call that a success so far! I feel stronger and best of all, mentally, I feel great because I’m not lazying around on the couch everyday; I’m actually doing something.

i’m obese so i would say that i can do this by the first time…but the fist time i lasted 2 min and now complete 17 min. for me that is HUGE!! don’t give up people , we all start from somewhere!!

@Vega L If you go to Cassey’s website she has this wonderful 28 Day Beginner’s Calender that has all of the workouts (with video links) that you’ll do everyday for 28 days. It’s very helpful and only takes 30ish minutes a day so its very doable even on a busy schedule.
I cannot belive it. A half and year ago I did this workout for the first time and I was so exhausted. Now it seems so easy. 😭❤️ My body has changed so much and this video is always going to remind me of my fitness journey beginning ♥️ Keep going guys!

@c1oudii if you’re askin about my body – I lost 15 kg 😊 but it wasn’t of course only this workout but also changing my diet and doing different types of workout. But if you are starting with this video you will see some changes even quickly
