Intense INNER THIGH Challenge!

My thighs nearly died after this workout. This is quite possibly the hardest and the BEST, most effective inner thigh workout I have ever done in the shortest amount of time. You will also be working your quads, butt, and getting some fat burning cardio in as well. GOOD LUCK!!!!

    To anyone who wants to know if this works…it definitely does. Ive been doing it for less than a week now and I see a major difference. People have been telling me I look skinnier. But I do this like 3 times a day; 1 when I wake up, 1 in the middle of the day, 1 before I go to bed. You have to eat healthy and try not to drink soda(it helps alot). This also doesn’t make you lose fat that much, it just makes your legs build muscles to tone them.
