Okay, I’m late, but hear me out. I did my exercises on stairs 3 times a week for a month. In exercises, I mean jump-squats and also running up and down for 30 minutes with 20 second rest time. My butt which was really sloppy and didn’t have a nice shape, grew bigger and the exercises gave it such a good shape that I was even jealous of myself (Doesn’t make sense, but let’s imagine it does). It also strengthened my stomach and thighs. I 100% recommend it

Genetics has a lot to do with it. and the squats make your legs thicker, I know because I made the challenge and my body changed too much. my legs are very thick and I have a big butt, of course, I did exercises for the butt and others for the legs. do not get discouraged

  • Jennifer says:

Squats don’t make your butt grow…

Glute isolation exercises on the other hand👍🏽

    • Jennifer says:

Ryan squats don’t exactly “grow” them it tones your muscles. It could give the appearance that they have grown but in actual fact it hasn’t really.

    • Ryan says:

@Jennifer So i realise i was a bit hasty. Squats do develop your glutes, but the quads takes alot of the strain, and you end up with weak/small glutes comparably. Truth is that squats DON’t fully stretch the glute muscles. But that doesn’t leave squats as a completely useless exercises for glute development. But i genuinely do wonder which isolation exercises you’re referencing.

    • Jennifer says:

Ryan like hip thrusts and donkey kicks

    • Ryan says:

@Jennifer i c. but hip thrusts aren’t isolation tho, although great for glute activation

    • Luca Bianchini says:

@Jennifer glutes are muscles, and like all the other muscles involved in the squat, they can grow
