This moment if likes control ur life and ur motivation for being fit
1 *LIKE = 1 SQUAT*
-(l need motivation)-
Okay, I’m late, but hear me out. I did my exercises on stairs 3 times a week for a month. In exercises, I mean jump-squats and also running up and down for 30 minutes with 20 second rest time. My butt which was really sloppy and didn’t have a nice shape, grew bigger and the exercises gave it such a good shape that I was even jealous of myself (Doesn’t make sense, but let’s imagine it does). It also strengthened my stomach and thighs. I 100% recommend it
ah S ty
@Karina Oakley which one is it? Please tell 🙂
Okay so I came to this new school where all the girls were super thicc and I was just a skinny minnie. The school had stairs where everyone had to go up and down about 15 times a day. Did you forget something? Gotta go back upstairs. Need your lunch box in your homeroom? Gotta go upstairs. And these weren’t short little stairs. No, they were *62* steps that many students (including myself) have broken anckes and sprained them too running down too fast. At the end of the school year, my butt was much bigger than at the beginning
How many jump squats did you do each day?
I did 80 squats everyday😃😍
Like my cmnt😅for motivation me
You should do it Three Times a week, you must rest one day because the muscles need to recover
Kery Crisologo you have no understanding of nucleus overload… Best shut your mouth
Her butt did not grow 😭💀
That’s why she focuses on genetics. But a toned butt is a given.
Asian butts don’t grow lol
Genetics has a lot to do with it. and the squats make your legs thicker, I know because I made the challenge and my body changed too much. my legs are very thick and I have a big butt, of course, I did exercises for the butt and others for the legs. do not get discouraged
Im on about my 30th day of 100 squats a say (occasionally i do 200 a day) and my butt has gotten bigger by a decent amount however its not a hugeee difference that is sometimes shown on different videos
your arms look smaller and more muscular! so at least one thing changed right hahaha

Squats don’t make your butt grow…
Glute isolation exercises on the other hand👍🏽
Ryan squats don’t exactly “grow” them it tones your muscles. It could give the appearance that they have grown but in actual fact it hasn’t really.
@Jennifer So i realise i was a bit hasty. Squats do develop your glutes, but the quads takes alot of the strain, and you end up with weak/small glutes comparably. Truth is that squats DON’t fully stretch the glute muscles. But that doesn’t leave squats as a completely useless exercises for glute development. But i genuinely do wonder which isolation exercises you’re referencing.
Ryan like hip thrusts and donkey kicks
@Jennifer i c. but hip thrusts aren’t isolation tho, although great for glute activation
@Jennifer glutes are muscles, and like all the other muscles involved in the squat, they can grow
