A few years ago, I made a POP Pilates workout video to Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You". At my parents house. Wearing the craziest snowflake headband. Yeah, it was weird. But this is my redemption. I went ALL OUT with the matching sets & decorations.

    This video was posted just in time for my morning workout. Normally I skip cardio (I have asthma) but since it was Christmas themed and mostly squats, I had to try it out!

    Awesome and quick cardio and it was great for my warmup today. Now to do pilates ๐Ÿ’ช
