    I love this workout, however, I have a disabled left arm due to a splintered radius and ruined wrist 3 years ago, and I cannot support my weight on that arm. What I’d love to see is a series of workouts with you and someone else showing modified versions of these kinds of workouts! I LOVE your workouts, but I can’t do a lot of them!     I love Cassey, I love blogilates, I’ve been doing the videos since 2014. HOWEVER having ads at the end of every move is a huge huge put off. It completely ruins the workout.
