Ready to see your first 7 moves of the #2020Challenge?! I'm doing it a little differently this year – I'll be releasing one video every week of the challenge that shows ALL your moves for the week. So you can watch just to learn the moves or you can do it with me! And remember that we'll be doing 20 reps of abs every day + 20 reps of another exercise like booty, arms, etc.

This week's moves are:

WED: Jan. 1st (starts 1:35) – 20 squats + 20 rope climbs (butt + abs)
THURS: Jan. 2nd (starts 4:07) – 20 cobra push ups + 20 roll ups (arms + abs)
FRI: Jan. 3rd (starts 6:55) – 20 plie squats + 20 V ups (legs + abs)
SAT: Jan. 4th (starts 9:48) – 20 parachuters + 20 jackknives (back + abs)
SUN: Jan. 5th (starts 12:40) – 20 hip twists + 20 star abs (obliques + abs)
MON: Jan. 6th (starts 15:18) – 20 burpees + 20 leg up crunches (cardio + abs)
TUES: Jan. 7th (starts 18:10) – 20 plank walk openers + 20 double leg lifts (total body + abs)
