The #2020Challenge Details:
WHEN: Jan 1, 2020 – Jan 20, 2020
WHAT: Do 20 reps of an ab exercise and 20 reps of another exercise (could be booty, arms, back, cardio, legs, or obliques) every day for 20 days!
I will text you the #2020Challenge graphic on December 30th before the public gets it, but you need to text me and add yourself to my address book! Once you get the graphic on the 30th, I want you to post it on Instagram and Facebook and tag 3 people to join you! Also make sure to use the hashtag #2020Challenge so I can see how you're doing!
I will be uploading 1 YouTube video per week with all of the moves that you will need to do for that week! So watch out for that every Tuesday from Jan 1-Jan 20.
Finally…on a personal level, I will be challenging myself to go meatless for 20 days. I will be blogging everyday for 20 days on and showing you what I am eating daily. I am excited to embark on this 20 day vegetarian experiment to see how it will change my energy levels and my fitness levels. I am hoping to feel a difference!

I will say that when I first went “meatless” I felt very tired for the first couple weeks, but then I had a lot more energy. Like through the roof energy. But it did take a minute at first. Maybe it won’t be like that for you, I know we’re all different, I’m just saying don’t get discouraged if for the first week or two there isn’t a big difference.
I’m gonna try and go dairy free for 20 days!
Good luck. I am currently vegan but before that I had a short transition as a vegetarian. It was hard giving up dairy because it truly is addicting. Two things that helped were learning about the horrors of the dairy industry and shifting my focus to the ethics of going dairy free, and also trying out all of the dairy alternatives. There are so many out there now.
Dairy free is hard. But once I started breastfeeding, the horrors of the dairy industry hit hard.
Such a good idea! I might do that or maybe give up refined sugars/ processed foods.
2019 was literally the worst year of my life. I hope that 2020 will be better

I recovered this year from an eating disorder. I RECOVERED. But now i want to have my strenght. This time really have it and owe it. And don’t mess it up… So, having all of you and Cassey by myside it is going to be alright. 2020 is almost here. And in that year i am going to graduate class nine! I need an AMAZING dress. sintija so proud of your recovery and I hope that you will keep fighting this. As for your boobs: our breasts are mostly made up of fat, so if you start to lose weight you’ll most likely start to lose it in your breasts. However if you gain muscle this is less likely too happen. I’m not at all a professional so I could be wrong.

I can’t believe it’s a year since the 100 ab challenge. I’ve worked out every day since then with the exception of a week for having the flu last March. I’m super proud and Blogilates has BEEN a huge part of my 2019. This 2020 challenge is super exciting for me. I love Cassey she has became my family in a weird workout inspiration kind of way lol. Like a life coach and she doesn’t even know her client lol. Happy New Year everybody!!!

Just remember to take at least one rest day a week! Those are important too. Believe me, it took me forever to learn that, but your body needs a day of recovery.
