When I polled you guys the other week about what workout you want to see next… you said cardio!! So today, we're doing a no-jumping, apartment friendly cardio workout. This 10 minute fat burning workout is super quick but will get that heart rate pumping!!!

    When Cassey said running I shuddered and was like–yea I do vinyasa yoga and hiit. I’m gooooddddd running kills the joints and soul for me 😉 but to each their own. Honestly martial arts was easier on my joints then me attempting to enjoy running! LOL

    Yessss I love no jumping Workouts!!! They sound easy but they are sometimes heavier than the ones with jumping!
