    This sounds a little pathetic to me, but this is the first video I have completed from start to finish with Cassey. No pauses, no extra breaks. it was still very challenging and my heart is pounding and I’m so sweaty. However I can’t help but feel proud of myself. Thank you for helping me in my fitness journey, my stamina and probably willpower is much stronger. I hope everyone enjoyed the burn!

    -burgers
    -French fries
    -any extra snacks
    -not a lot of bread
    -no liquids except water
    -not a lot of sugars (it was just Halloween :/)
