You know what I love about your channel and you Casey? Is that you look healthy, toned, lean, but not too muscular or too skinny your body is realistic to me and attainable!
Do you feel anything? I don’t. I mean, yes, I feel a little bit of my obliques but Cassey’s reaction is really not how I feel. And by the way, am I the only one whose neck hurts as hell? I am not lifting up my body with my neck but (especially in the first move) it still hurts. Thanks for an answer
you need to look down and not bring your neck up, it’s really important to have the right technique. you dont need to go fast, but go slow and work hard on doing the technique correctly, quality over quantity

I agree with the cardio comments. U want to burn fat? Do cardio. And remember that you can’t really choose what part of your body’s fat’s going to burn, your body decides for you; just like you gain fat where your body wants. Depends on the person (arms, thighs, face, belly,…).
Overall keep a clean diet, avoid sugar, avoid soda, snacks, go easy on the fat food, stay active (at least walk) and you’ll be fine.

i have EDS-HT and i get this, it’s likely that y’all who are getting this have hypermobile hip joints as well. i used to not be able to start this move at all, but i started from the bottom with her beginner thigh vids, because you’ll need to build those muscles up to be able to keep the joints in place properly since your ligaments arent able to do that

My New Years resolution is to get my dream body, flat stomach and a little waist. I am going to try to do one or two workout videos per day and go to the gym when i don’t have school or work!

Does anyone know how to help me,I don’t know how to explain better, but I cannot breath in that last one 😓 I dont feel like that on ANY other move like in any work out. But on that move I cant breath. Like what 😂😅 (Sorry for bad english)
make sure to take you’re time breathing, don’t hold your breath; exhale when your hip hits the ground and inhale when you bring it back up. Also cardio will improve your cardiovascular system and make it easier to breathe eventually 🙂
With the waist whittlers… I don’t feel the burn…. I just feel really out of breath.
