does anyone know why my elbows pop when I do the pushups? its been happening for a long time and it worries me
That happens to me also. I am pretty sure that it’s just because I don’t stretch my arms properly. Don’t worry about it.
@Natalia Flores Do you keep your elbows along your torso or do you push them out? My elbows kept popping until I realized I had to keep them along my torso 🙂 If that’s not the case for you, then just stretch your arms more! ^^
