Nah, they good for me. It’s the first one that kills me. I don’t like the roses coz I’m scared they will make my calves bigger.

For the calf raises I thought it was gonna be a mini brake because we lower our feet but NO.

For any of those wondering – yes, this is a pretty efficient lean leg work out. I personally feel like this one gave better results than the other ones I did. So do it a few times, I promise it’s worth it.

@Kyumiin yoo, just wanted to let u know that these kinds of workouts dont bulk u up (unless u drink like 7393929 protein shakes a day and do this workout for 3 hours straight) , they burn fat and tone ur legs- so, if ur looking to bulk up, u should probably look into weightlifting, and if ur trying to slim down, uve come to the right place 😊
I almost did not do today’s workout of the January calendar, because I had such a horrible day, but I decided to do it at 10 p.m. and now I feel so proud of myself that I did not give up. Thank you Cassey! <3

I’ve been doing this workout for a month for jus 1 time everyday and sometimes 2 times plus instead of using the elevator, i use the stairs and lemme just say, my legs have become thinner than ever! I used to have very fat legs and now people are amazed at how skinny it got! This really works guys!! Never give up!!

Jessica let me be honest with you hun… don’t exercise if you’re not ready to diet or at least be moderate in your food portions and types😂 otherwise it will just keep coming back and you’ll only be holding off the weight for a short period of time. To lose weight you must be willing to exercise AND diet equally to achieve significant results
