    Does anyone else hips pop? I stretch daily and have good flexibility in my hips be for some reason anytime the moves deal with wide legs and circles my hips start popping a lot.

    These workout moves actually work pretty well ^-^ my thighs got thinner and more toned in a few months. I didn’t have to starve myself or anything to make my slim thighs a success. Hopefully my sugar cravings wouldn’t pop back my leg fat XD.
