Does anyone else hips pop? I stretch daily and have good flexibility in my hips be for some reason anytime the moves deal with wide legs and circles my hips start popping a lot.
My left leg pops all the time and it’s really annoying
My right hip is popping too… everytime
I am concerned too..

My legs are so long compared to my torso, can’t do any of these 😂
I mean, I tried to do that last move slowly with control but I just ended up rolling around like a drunk Sonic the Hedgehog.

These workout moves actually work pretty well ^-^ my thighs got thinner and more toned in a few months. I didn’t have to starve myself or anything to make my slim thighs a success. Hopefully my sugar cravings wouldn’t pop back my leg fat XD.
Hi! Glad to hear that you saw some results! How often did you do the workout?
I would do these workouts every night for three days a week(Sometimes more if I have time):D I then take a break for the rest of the week and then start over again. Hopefully this workout turned out great for you too. 🙂
